Provide career pathways and deliver employment opportunities for I-Kiribati with a career counseling service, and also assists and promotes skilled to find jobs locally and abroad.
Provide applicants for RSE, SWP and PLS with a level of service to ensure they consistently meet or exceed the expectation and criterion set by Employer from time to time.
Responsible for workplace compliance to ensure that workers are provided with decent working conditions required under the new Employment and Industrial Relations Act, 2016.
To deal specifically with matters related to health and safety at work for Kiribati civil servants following the adoption of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 2016.
