At least Bachelor of Meteorology or Bachelor of Science with Meteorologist qualification which satisfy WMO BIP-M from any WMO recognized institutions and posses certificate on ISO Quality Management or other related workshops that involve Meteorology certification with 3 years’ post degree work experience in middle management level.
