Bachelor or Quantity Surveying or Bachelor of Construction majoring in Economics with 3 years’ experience of the above related duties and fields.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial maintenance, or a related field is often preferred. OR

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field is often preferred with 1 year of experience in a relevant field. OR

• KIT Certificate III in Automotive Engineering or Equivalent with 3 years of working experience on batch plants

Diploma in building or Civil Engineering OR Certificate II in Building Construction with 2 years’ experience in building construction or related field.

Carpentry and Electrical Trade Certificate Experience: At least 3 years’ post qualification working as a construction supervisor and must have basic knowledge in electricity and plumbing work.

• Civil Engineering/Diploma or International Trade level qualification in the technical area of the post. OR

• Certificate/Carpentry Trade Certificate with at least 3 years working as a construction supervisor and/or must have constructed at least 5 buildings and must have basic knowledge in electricity and plumbing work.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and/or a construction-related field from a recognized institution with 3 years of work experience.
